I’m a cleaning expert
THIS savvy cleaner has revealed five hacks which will leave your vehicle sparkling.
Chantel Mila shared the hacks on her TikTok, and they've been praised for how easy and ingenious they are.
For her first hack, she recommends using a squeegee to dislodge hair from your rugs before vacuuming - it will "make them look new".
She explained: "Note: every car finish is different so always patch test before using on your car."
Next, she advised using slime to clean dust in "hard to reach areas".
If your vehicle has leather upholstery, using a bit of lemon oil on a microfiber cloth can make it smell amazing and shine, she added.
Chantel said: "Use a wet, soft microfiber mop to clean the exterior of your car easily with your usual car cleaning wash.
"You can buy microfiber car mops that are for cleaning car paint finishes."
And lastly, to make your headlights sparkle, she suggested using a mix of baking soda and lemon.
One follower said: "Genius! Especially the headlights."
Another joked: "Don't fancy lemon on my headlight. I'd rather eat it! Lol."
Another car cleaning expert has revealed how to clean your car in seconds with little effort.
TikTok influencer @strange_daze_ posted a video offering advice on an easy way for motorists to keep their car interiors spotless.
The 19-second clip is captioned with the words "Car clean hack for lazy girls".
She is seen putting to good use one of the face masks which became commonplace during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The mask is wielded to swipe a car's dashboard, accompanied by the on-screen instruction: "Use a face mask to catch all that dust."
Viewers are then shown a jar of play slime, popular in recent years with children, and told: "Use scented slime to get up all the yuck."
The ooze is seen being scrubbed inside car surfaces - before the film ends showing off pink "fuzzy covers" bought for the steering wheel from online retail giant Amazon.
The TikTokker concludes: "Fuzzy covers from Amazon makes me feel like I have my life together."
Other cheap and easy cleaning hacks which have recently been shared online include how to unclog a toilet without a plunger.
A so-called "magic fridge spray" has also been revealed, along with how to clean barbecues with an onion, your hair with cola and corners of homes which often go neglected.
